Uptime Assurance:

MORE2WAGES guarantees a minimum 99.9% uptime for WPS payroll processing, backed by redundant storage, global hosting providers, and Tier-III certified data centres. This commitment ensures a maximum unplanned downtime of 1.44 minutes per day or 8 hours annually, excluding planned maintenance.

High Availability, Backups & Disaster Recovery:

MORE2WAGES provides Tier-III certified data centres, real-time database replication, and comprehensive backup strategies. With a Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of 15 minutes and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of 60 minutes, our Disaster Recovery Plan ensures minimal data loss and swift service restoration. In cases of data centre disasters, we maintain an RPO of 24 hours and an RTO of 24 hours, ensuring data recovery within a different data centre. In the event of force majeure issues, our Disaster Recovery Plan is activated to safeguard your data.
